Welcome to Campground Kitchen. By accessing our website, making a booking, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Us

Campground Kitchen is a hospitality venue located in Braybrook, Victoria, Australia.

These Terms apply to all website visitors, customers, event guests and users of our services.

2. Bookings (Dine-In)

Bookings under 10 guests are made via our online booking system.

For groups of 10 or more, event packages or set menus may apply and separate terms may be provided.

We reserve the right to:

  • Allocate seating areas at our discretion

  • Apply time limits during peak periods

  • Require deposits for large bookings

  • Refuse or cancel bookings where necessary

Cancellations for large group bookings may be subject to notice requirements or forfeiture of deposits where applicable.

3. Takeaway & Online Orders

Takeaway orders are placed via our online ordering platform.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All details provided are accurate

  • You will collect your order at the agreed time

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers

Once an order is prepared, refunds are generally not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Event Bookings & Private Functions

Events, weddings and private functions may require:

  • A signed agreement

  • Deposits and staged payments

  • Minimum spend commitments

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your event agreement.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Are valid for the period stated on the voucher

  • Are not redeemable for cash

  • Must be presented at time of use

Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take dietary requirements seriously and are Coeliac Australia certified.

However:

  • We operate a commercial kitchen handling allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy and others

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment

Customers with severe allergies are encouraged to notify staff clearly when ordering.

7. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Campground Kitchen complies with Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to intoxicated persons

  • Request valid ID

  • Remove patrons who behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner

8. Conduct & Venue Rules

Guests must:

  • Treat staff and other guests with respect

  • Supervise children at all times

  • Keep dogs leashed and under control in permitted areas

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons where behaviour is unsafe, illegal or disruptive.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the site

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Use our content without permission

All website content, including images, branding and text, remains the property of Campground Kitchen unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Our liability is limited in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
